If he said 12 o'clock and knew he was going to be five minutes late, he phoned. Fraser is very professional and let us know every step of the way. He was able to sort our problem of " tripping lights " very quickly and sorted it. We would have no hesitation of booking Fraser again. He is definitely 5 out of 5 and not the 4.9 on his reviews page.
